Facilities

We have a large main hall for our younger group the cubs. It is fully equipped with lots of wonderful toys to provide the very best learning opportunities and fun. We have the use of a kitchen, which is equipped with a cooker; a fridge, where the milk and any refrigerated food is kept, and washing facilities. Pre-school has its own microwave and toaster.

Equipment

Climbing equipment consisting of frames, ladders, slides, box, tunnel, steps, and tyres and much more for physical activities. Bikes, tractors and trailers, scooters and trolleys used both inside and outside. Train sets, cars and garage, farm and zoo all for use in our small world area. Table top activities including; construction and early technology, jigsaws and learning games and writing equipment. Sand and water; balls, bats and rackets, home corner for role play (sometimes a vets, hospital or hairdressers) and the book corners. This is only a small selection of the equipment we have at pre-school.

Outdoor Play

We have a wonderful garden which is used everyday if possible. We have a sand pit, climbing bars, mud kitchen, outdoor toys, rope swings and a vegetable bed. We provide rain capes if necessary but ask that you provide wellington boots and warm clothing for your child in the Winter months.
